The sea view from the terrace was stunning, but the room was too small.

The location is outstanding, right on the beach with stunning sea view rooms. The hotel was well-prepared, with beach chairs ready in our room, enhancing our overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, maintaining a historic charm, albeit slightly dated. The parking was convenient, making our visit hassle-free, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay.

Some amenities felt outdated.

The sea view was absolutely breathtaking! The spacious room and great location were bonuses, but the outdated bathrooms were a letdown. A wonderful stay overall, but a bit pricey for what it offers. 🌊

Great for solo travelers

The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach! ! And even though my room was a bit outdated, the view from the window was just what I needed to relax after a long day. Plus, waking up to the sound of the waves was like a dream.

i loved my stay at thermae palace! the location is superb, especially for beach lovers. the balcony with a breathtaking sea view made our family time special. breakfast was delicious, and having amenities like a jacuzzi and sauna was a nice bonus. there are plenty of tourist spots nearby too!

Helpful staff promptly addressed a flickering light issue that could have been problematic, ensuring a comfortable experience. While the brasserie provided decent service and good artisanal bread, the dated decor in some areas and the position of the gym may leave visitors feeling slightly disoriented.

Awesome family getaway!

We had a family room that was super spacious and clean. The kids loved the beach chairs, and the coffee machine was a nice touch for morning picks. Breakfast had everything, even gluten-free options! Just wish there was A/C since it got pretty hot at night. But the location was perfect, just steps from the beach!

great views , but noisy at night

The room with the terrace and sea view was breathtaking. waking up to that was a highlight of my stay. The staff went above and beyond to assist with any request, making the experience even more enjoyable. Exploring nearby restaurants was very convenient, with excellent options right around the corner.

The noise from the street occasionally disturbed my sleep.

Just a solid selection for exploring town in Ostend with outstanding value. The small terrace area was nice to relax outside. Bring your own toiletries as the hotel ones weren’t great.
